I create custom wedding invitations featuring unique die-cut shapes, personalised monograms, hand-drawn florals, letterpress printing, foil detailing, pocketfold invitations and wax seals, resulting in a beautifully curated stationery experience that reflects your wedding style.

SCHEDULE A DESIGN CONSULTATION
We chat about your overall wedding day vibe, colours, any special details & how can can incorporate it all into an invitation suite that best represents you both as a couple. Consultations can be done in my home studio in Kotara, via phone or online.

YOUR QUOTE PROPOSAL
I will send you a quote outlining everything we discussed at our consultation. You have the option to make any changes you need.
A 50% deposit is required before any artwork commences.

CONCEPT DESIGN
When choosing to have a custom design, a FREE onscreen mockup is created, to help you visualise how your invitation suite will look when complete.
The fun part is that we can make changes to fonts, colours & overall look if you change your mind.

ARTWORK & PROOFS
Once we receive all of your details, we proceed to artwork which you can proof online. Unlimited revisions are included. No printing commences until all artwork approval forms are completed.

PRINTING
Allow 1-3 weeks digital print, and up to 4 weeks for acrylic, foil or letterpress printing. Variations to this time may occur depending quantity & materials available.

PRODUCTION/ASSEMBLY
Going custom, but want to DIY the final look? – Go for it!
If we are doing the lot – please allow minimum 1 week so that the utmost care can be taken in making your invitations look perfect (variation may occur based on quantity)

DELIVERY
Once your invitation suite has been printed and assembled, I will send your delivery details, or if you live close, you are most welcome to collect them. Allow up to 10 business days.

What's the difference between a Semi-Custom and a Custom designed invitation?
A Semi-Custom Designed Invitation are designs that have already been created by me and are available to purchase from the website.
A Custom Designed Wedding Invitation is based on the vision you have for your wedding. it could be personalised illustration, monogram or specialised printing.
How do I see the concept?

What if I have no idea what I want?
I create an onscreen mockup of your wedding invitation suite so that you can visually how it all looks once complete. We can easily change the colour & style from here before moving to the next step.
How much is a custom designed invitation?
Prices start from $120 for an invitation design. The more you require in your suite (Invitation, Details Card, Envelope, Envelope Liner, etc) the more your investment becomes. My clients will usually invest upwards of $500 for a fully customised wedding suite. (Printing, materials and assembly is not included in this estimate)
What if your out of my budget?
While I can work with budgets of all kinds, it is best for you to do your research to see if I am right for you. Custom designed stationery is more time consuming, therefore a price is allocated to that. Clients generally spend over $800 for a suite.
How long does a custom design take?
A Custom-designed Invitation generally takes 2-3 days to create the concept. From there we make any final tweaks before moving to the artwork proof. It’s best to allow 1-2 weeks for this entire process.
Do you work with couples outside Newcastle?
Absolutely. I design for couples in Newcastle Hunter Valley, North Coast, Central Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, South Australia, Western Australia, Queenelsand. Design consultations can be done online.

How far in advance should I order wedding invitations?
For Custom Wedding Invitations, it’s recommended to start researching as soon as possible & be ready to order your wedding invitation suite 6-7 months before your wedding.

Consistency is key! I can create a complete wedding stationery suite including Save the Dates, Welcome Sign, Table Seating Chart, Table Cards, Menu Cards, Place Cards and so much more!
