ARTWORK APPROVAL FORM

-INVITATIONS-

Please fill out this form as a way of proofing your invitation artwork. It is required that you check every detail as Pixel and Ink Designs will not accept any responsibility for any incorrect details once final approval has occurred & is sent to print.

PROOF 1 – Initial artwork will be sent to you via a link to view online. 
If there are any changes required, please reply to the email BEFORE approving this form. If there are NO more changes, a final proof will be sent to you.

FINAL PROOF – A low res PDF file will be emailed to you. You can print this out to ensure your details are correct including the font sizes, spelling, dates, etc.
Once you have no more changes, you can finalise the form & move your order into the print schedule.
 
Please note: Artwork will not be sent to print unless you have formally approved it by using this form.
